Loved my haircut with Rachel!! She took a lot of time getting to understand what I wanted and reviewed it with me before we started which made me trust her a lot. She also had a great eye for what would work on me and my hair type. I wanted a long shag that would still keep my ends full and she totally delivered and I loved the bangs she did!!

I had asked for an oxidized copper look from Zoe that was wearable/professional for my corporate job and they absolutely delivered! I could not be happier with the level of service that capybara hair lounge provided. All the stylists were very friendly and knowledgeable about colored hair. I went in barely knowing what i wanted and they came up with a game plan and slayed. I got this as a model service from Zoe but i fully intend to come back and pay full price because it is definitely worth it.

I decided to visit a curly hair specialist and it was fantastic.  Lydia did a great job with the dry  cut. I loved it immediately. I splurged on the full two hours treatment,  for steam, gloss and mask. Lydia showed me how to style it and how to apply products. I'm very happy.

I had such a great experience here! Peezy did amazing with my hair and Katya was so nice and inviting! I loved the consultation and how thorough they both were so they could make sure I left there with beautiful hair! Definitely will come back again! And it’s in a nice location in Walnut Creek with plenty of parking!

I had my first color correcting visit with Nidia today and she is the best!! She explained everything she was doing each step of the way and made sure to frequently check in with how I was doing. Can’t wait for my next visit!!

All I can say is WOW! I have finally found my place. After many years of looking for a hair salon near me in Walnut Creek, I stumbled upon this new salon with loads of parking space. I looked through the windows and was like "What is this place!??!" I took an impulsive chance and booked an appointment from their QR code on their window. I loved how they had pricing for all budgets and best of all NO GRATUITY! I received a stellar haircut that everyone compliments me on and I cannot wait to go back for more daring ideas that I was inspired by while there.

This was truly one of the most lovely hair appointments I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I sat in her chair, Evette was warm, attentive, and deeply invested in bringing my vision to life. As someone who regularly wears pink hair, I was long overdue for a refresh, and Evette went above and beyond, collaborating with me to create a custom shade that was absolutely perfect. I am so grateful for her expertise and care. Thanks to Evette, I feel like myself again!

Faith was our hairstylist and she colored and styled my daughter’s hair. My daughter has curly hair and it’s hard to find someone who has experience with textured hair. Let me say that she was amazing! She trimmed her hair so my daughter can wear it curly and straight. The color looks stunning. I would definitely recommend Faith for curly hair gals. She also took the time to let me know how to keep my daughter’s hair looking gorgeous recommending shampoo/conditioner and hair washing techniques. Will definitely be returning to her for future services. Capybara salon has a real gem on there hands!
