Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service total as a non-refundable booking fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total as a non-refundable booking fee. If your stylist chooses to waive the booking fee due to illness or emergency, please note that the appointment must be rescheduled. If it is not rescheduled within a reasonable time, the non-refundable booking fee will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to our cancellation policy. For time-based services, appointments begin at the scheduled time, not upon arrival.
