When is the latest I can cancel my appointment without being charged?Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service total as a non-refundable booking fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total as a non-refundable booking fee. If your stylist chooses to waive the booking fee due to illness or emergency, please note that the appointment must be rescheduled. If it is not rescheduled within a reasonable time, the non-refundable booking fee will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to our cancellation policy. For time-based services, appointments begin at the scheduled time, not upon arrival.

When is the latest I can reduce the number of hours I booked to not be charged the original amount?When you book an appointment, we reserve that specific block of time just for you. If you need to change or downgrade your service, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust your booking. Any changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged based on the originally reserved service time, in line with our cancellation policy. This helps us respect everyone’s time and ensure our stylists are properly compensated.

What do I do if I have COVID-19 or any other infectious illness?If you are feeling sick or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please stay home and reschedule your appointment. We appreciate your care for others in our space.

What do I do if I am unhappy with the service and want it fixed?If you’re unhappy with your results, please contact us within 7 days to schedule an adjustment. Adjustments are not offered for changes of mind regarding the style or service type. We do not offer complimentary services or refunds once a service has been provided.

Can I bring my pet into the salon?Only service animals are allowed on the premises.

How does hourly pricing work?The hourly rate you see when you book is the only price it is. No surprises, add-ons. Everything you need is included and upfront. We provide resources and communication to ensure you can book the amount of time approximately required.

Is gratuity included?We don’t accept tips! Artists choose their own rates and give themselves raises whenever that want. They decide their value themselves so you don’t have to.

Do you accept cash?While we do accept cash, we prefer easy and modern methods of payment and can help you pay via mobile device with the credit card we have on file from the booking. Please understand we may not be able to provide exact change for any payments settled in cash.

Is there free parking at the hair salon?Yes, the parking lot at Tice Valley Plaza is free and open. You can park as close as right in front of the hair salon. Handicap parking is also available.
